Bracelets

Does the jewelry come in different sizes?
The jewelry we sell is adjustable for wrists of all sizes. 
Is the jewelry waterproof?
They will be able to handle water, but we do not suggest getting them wet frequently to avoid any rusting. We cannot replace water damaged bracelets.
Do you restock sold out jewelry?
We are constantly adding new styles to our store. Once a bracelet sells out, it will not be restocked.
What comes with my order?
When you open your package, you will see the bracelet you ordered along with a packing slip providing you information about the order.

Ordering and Payment

How can I pay?
Currently, we accept all major credit/debit cards. You also have the option to checkout using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, our team has already begun the packaging and shipping process. We do not allow orders to be cancelled.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email after your purchase, you must have entered your email incorrectly at checkout or the email is in your spam folder. Please contact us to correct the mistake because your confirmation email contains important information such as your order number.
How can I apply a discount code?
During checkout, you will be provided the option to enter your discount code. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please make sure to enter the code before you check out because discounts cannot be applied after the purchase is made.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing can take anywhere from 5-7 days. After this period, expect your order to arrive in 2-6 weeks, depending on your location.
What do I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong address. We will try our best to correct the mistake before the package is shipped.
Can I track my order?
We provide tracking on all orders. However, tracking will not be available right after the purchase is made. There is a 5-7 day processing period before the product is shipped.
What do I do if my bracelet arrived damaged?
Send us an email with pictures of the broken bracelet and we will replace it at no extra cost. You have 72 hours after tracking says your package has arrived to report the broken bracelet.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders shipped to the USA are free. For international orders, shipping will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions

How often will I receive the jewelry?
We will ship you one of the newest style bracelet each month.
How much does the subscription cost?
For new subscribers, the first month is only £1. After that, the subscription will renew at £29.99, with free shipping for subscribers shipping to the USA.
How can I cancel my subscription?

The easiest way to cancel is to click here to have the Manage Subscriptions link resent.

Do I need an account to have a subscription?
We try to make the subscription process as easy as possible and do not require customers to have an account.
Can I choose which bracelet I receive each month?
We send you the newest style of bracelet each month, but you always choose the first bracelet you receive.
Can I purchase subscriptions months in advance?
At this time, we only have the option to be billed once per month. In the future, we wish to add the option to purchase 3, 6, or 12 months all at once to make gift ordering easier.
What currency is your store in?
